Ivern Matchups Overview
Ivern General information
Ivern cannot attack nor damage non-epic monsters. Instead, targeting a Jungle camp initiates a channel that places the monsters within a grove. Placing a grove costs Ivern a portion of his Health and Mana. This Grove matures over time and once fully matured, Ivern can interact with the camp to free the monsters while receiving full gold and experience. Smiting a large monster within a grove will instantly free the camp's monsters, regardless of its maturity or th Monster's HP.
Starting at level 5, freeing the Red Brambleback or the Blue Sentinel leaves behind a sapling for 1 minute that can be picked up by an allied champion to gain the camp's buff. If an ally kills either monster, they also leave behind a sapling that only Ivern can consume.
Throws a projectile in the target direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and rooting them for a shot duration. On right-clicking a target rooted by this ability, Ivern or his allies will dash near the target, stopping at their maximum attack range from the target.
Passive: While in a brush, Ivern's auto-attacks deal bonus magic damage. This bonus persists for a few seconds after leaving the brush. Ivern will periodically stock a W charge, up to a maximum of 3.
Active: Grows a patch of brush at the target location for 30 seconds, revealing the area within and near it for 3 seconds. Spawns more brushes if used near terrain or other brushes. The brush won't drop vision on target if it is placed in the vision line of an enemy turret.
Shields a target for 2 seconds. At the end of the duration, the shield bursts, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies, and slowing them for 2 seconds.
Active: Ivern summons his sentinel friend Daisy at his side, who remains on the map for up to 60 seconds as a controllable entity.
Recast: Ivern can command daisy to move to a target location or to follow Ivern.
Every combo you need to master the champion!
As soon as your icon spawns on the map, make sure you take your camp immediately to reduce the chances of it being stolen.
Keep an eye on the minimap at all times so you can use your Redemption from afar and save your allies.
Ivern can steal buffs from the enemy Jungler at level 1 by using his W and Smite. Before minions spawn, getting an early ward in the enemies jungle to spot where they’ve started will make stealing their second buff much easier.
