P

Gangplank periodically empowers his next Auto-Attack to burn the target. It deals bonus true damage over 2.5 seconds, ticking every 0.25 seconds. If Gangplank successfully hits a target with his Passive empowered auto-attack, he gains bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. Destroying a Powder Keg resets the Cooldown of his Passive and grants its movement speed.

Q

Shoots thee target enemy, dealing physical damage, and applying on-hit and on-attack effects. This ability can critically strike. If this ability kills the target, Gangplank plunders gold and Silver Serpents. He can use his Silver Serpents to upgrade his Ultimate.

W

Consumes Oranges that cleanses him from all Crowd Control. It also heals him for an amount.

E

Passive: Periodically stocks a Powder Keg, up to a maximum of 3. Active: Places a Keg at the target location for up to 25 seconds, which connects to nearby Powder Kegs with an overlapping explosion radius. Gangplank and his enemies can attack the Powder Keg with auto attacks, dealing one damage per hit. Gangplank may also shoot the barrel with his Q. If Gangplank gets the killing blow, it explodes, also triggering a chain reaction that explodes nearby connected kegs. The Keg is destroyed safely if the enemy kills it. The exploding Kegs deal bonus Physical damage against champions whilst ignoring 40% of each enemy's armor, and slows them for 2 seconds.

R

Gangplank calls down 12 waves of cannonballs in clusters of 3 at a target location for 8 seconds. The location is revealed and each wave deals magic damage to all enemies within the area while slowing them by 30% for a small duration. Gangplank can upgrade this ability with his Silver Serpents. The upgrades are as follows: Death's Daughter: An initial cannonball lands at the center of the area, dealing a cluster's worth of true damage to all enemies it hits and slowing them by 60% for 1.5 seconds. Raise Morale: The barrage area gives allies bonus Movement Speed which persists for 2 seconds after leaving it. Fire at Will: Fires 6 more waves during the duration of the Ultimate.
