Scales up like a monster, especially if he manages to get a few kills early on. Can single-handedly snowball a game and win it for his team due to the sheer amount of healing.
His W allows him to get out of sticky situations quite easily while also dismantling ganks from the enemy team, thereby wasting the enemy Junglers time.
Can destroy the enemy team whenever they are grouped due to his Ultimate R and E. Close quarter fighting is a massive strength for him.
Has no form of gank agency so will probably not get a gank during the early game. He is quite weak early on as well and is quite useless if the game doesn’t go on for too long.
Misuse of his W can get him killed immediately, especially if the enemy laner holds on to their main crowd control ability. This can make him a very easy gank target.
Grievous Wounds are a bane to his existence, especially if it is procured early. This weakness can allow his enemy to get a huge advantage on him due to the reduced Q health.

Focus on farming and getting as much gold and XP as possible. You need time and gold before you’re able to come online and deal damage.
Your champion is incredibly weak in the early game. Focus on farming and avoid fighting with the enemy until you’ve got an item behind you.
After your bot lane has moved to the mid lane, rotate to the bot side of the map or somewhere else on the map so you can continue to farm and gain XP. Do not fight anyone unless you have an advantage over them. Continue to get XP and gold.

If your allies move to your lane after destroying their tower, rotate and move around the map to continue farming and gaining XP and gold.
Use your abilities to clear the minion waves quickly so your team can siege/ prevent a siege from the enemy team. If you can land poke while also pushing the minion wave, you could look for a favourable trade.
While sieging Baron or Dragon, or whenever you’re pushing the enemy under their tower, look for a pick with your abilities. If you can catch someone out of position or blow them up, you’ll be able to take the objective for free.
In the late game, look for picks on immobile or miss positioned enemies. Taking someone down in the late game can give you enough time to force a fight, siege an objective or take the Baron or Elder Dragon.
If the enemy is grouping, look to group with your team too. In team fights, continue to focus the squishiest and easiest to kill high priority targets in the backline.
Flank in team fights to make getting on the enemy backline easily. Make sure you’re near your team at all times so you can get in the fight fast.
Vladimir's Q procurement is a minor power spike in the lane. It allows him to heal up and stay in the lane for more extended periods.
His W is a potent ability as it can allow him to dodge practically anything which the enemy has to offer. It synergizes exceptionally well with his kit.
Getting his Ultimate R is a significant power spike for him. Although the power spike may not be apparent immediately, it will be useful later on.
His Q will be handy during this phase of the game. It can allow him to go for short burst trades against enemies.
His W, although a limited ability, will allow him to cause mayhem if he can get behind or in between the enemy team.
Vladimir's power spike is dependent on his items. Getting his core items will skyrocket his power, and he can take over the game easily.
During this phase of the game, Vladimir should just try to farm up and get his remaining items. He becomes very powerful once he is full build.
His Q healing will scale with the number of items he has. He will be able to completely heal himself up if he happens to take a lot of damage.
His W in combination with his E should allow him to do a lot during this game phase. In combination with his Ultimate R, that will enable him to blow up the enemy team.
