Orianna’s Ultimate R can be game-changing and she can use it on up to 5 enemy champions. If she gets one good Ultimate off, it could turn the tide of the game.
Has lots of utility. Her Q can be a zoning tool, her E is a shield and her Ultimate R is CC. Not to mention her W is a speed up too!
She has good wave clear and a good auto attack animation. You should be able to pick up a lot of CS when playing Orianna.
Orianna is a very mechanically difficult champion to master. It will take a lot of practice to play her to her full potential. Don’t get us wrong though, she is easy to pick up.
Orianna is quite immobile in the early parts of the game. If she is pushing, she can be susceptible to ganks from the enemy Jungler. Make sure that when you’re pushing, you reposition or have vision around your lane.
Quite vulnerable to all-in and hard engage in team fights. If she gets caught out of position, she is going to die instantly.

Your goal throughout the laning phase is to poke and harass the enemy in lane. You have a lot of poke, so try to poke the enemy down as often as you can.
Play safe for the first few levels while you land poke on the enemy with your Q. Once they’re low enough, you can commit to an all-in.
Once you’ve hit level 6 and purchased key component items, look to harass and constantly push the enemy into their tower. This will allow you to earn turret plating and increase your gold income.
15 - 25 min
After your bot lane has moved to the mid lane, rotate to the bot side of the map or somewhere else on the map so you can continue to farm and gain XP.
Try and siege objectives with your team during the mid-game. You have strong poking tools which will allow you to siege objectives with ease. Try to poke the enemy down as much as possible while your team tries to take towers (or the Dragon or Baron).
Delay team fights for as long as possible while you harass the enemy and poke them down with your Q and W.
Do not team fight in the later parts of the game unless your Zhonya’s Hourglass and Ultimate R are both up. Delay/ disengage fights if the enemy wants to fight you.
Stay with your team in the late parts of the game. If you get caught out or the enemy initiates a fight while you’re not there, the enemy will win the team fight.
Poke and delay team fights while you and your team harass the enemy and get them low. Once they’re low, engage. You can also look for picks with your abilities to catch someone who is out of position.
Orianna's Q procurement allows her to have a lot of control over the lane. It is a reliable source of damage but will play a significant role during the game's later phases.
Her W is a potent ability. It deals a lot of burst damage, and the slow also helps her to disengage from nasty fights.
Getting her Ultimate Rwill allow her to have a really impactful presence in the game. The AOE knockup is extremely powerful in tight areas.
Getting more items will increase her burst combo. Her Ultimate R will have a reduced cooldown as well.
Her Q can now be hidden in terrain walls and be used to make plays on unsuspecting enemies. The W slow/speedup will play a pivotal role in Orianna's pick potential.
Orianna's Ultimate R will be extremely beneficial during neutral objective fights. It should allow her to prevent enemies from coming near the pit due to the threat of her abilities.
She may want to invest in a Zhonya's Hourglass to ensure the preservation of her power. She will be a prime target for assassins, after all.
Her ability to blow enemies up with her combo will skyrocket during this phase of the game. She should always try to land a multi-man Ultimate R during this phase of the game.
The Ultimate R will have a massively short cooldown during this phase of the game. This means that she can use it to single out enemies and kill them if she gets an opportunity to do so.
