He is the public enemy number one for any squishy carry in the game. He can practically one-shot them with one or two items and can tilt someone hard enough to win the game easily.
He can use his Passive with his Q to kill unsuspecting enemy Junglers and carries in their Jungle. He can also lane gank with his Ultimate R and Passive.
His dueling power early on is really strong, especially if he is top lane and has access to the lane brushes. He can initiate a snowball this way, which can easily allow him to win games.
Needs to powerfarm early on to get his level six. Without his Ultimate R, he can’t really gank effectively as a Jungler.
Misuse of his W can get him killed during team fights. This is because it is his main form of CC cleanse and without that he is really squishy.
Vulnerable to silences and other CC abilities which can stop him in his tracks. If the enemy team manages to set him back early on, he won’t be able to do much the entire game.

Focus on farming and hitting level 6 as quickly as you can. You need to hit level 6 as fast as possible to increase your ganking potential.
Your Ultimate R is an incredibly strong tool. Whenever it is up, try to use it to help your allies and get kills.
Try to secure objectives with your team. If you can, try to keep it warded at all times if you’re not in a position to take it yourself.

Continue to pick up and secure jungle camps whenever possible. Not falling behind in the mid-game is crucial as a Jungler, so make sure you continue to farm!
As you’re a Jungler, you need to try and secure every Drake during the mid-game. Getting them and securing the Dragon Soul for your team will increase your chances of winning the game.
Look for picks with your team. If you can pick someone off, make the call for Baron or Dragon to further your lead.
After going in with your Ultimate R, be prepared to fall back and peel for your allies in late game team fights.
Look for picks in the later stages of the game. If you can pick someone off, you should be able to rotate to the Baron or Elder Dragon.
Keep a constant eye on which major objective is spawning next. Do not split push or go on the opposite side of the map when a major objective is up or about to spawn.
Rengar is pretty weak until he manages to hit level six. He will need to keep track of the enemy Jungler and use the Jungle brushes accordingly to win the early game.
The first item component will allow him to deal with a lot of damage and help him with his clears. It will also be beneficial when trying to go for all-in combos.
Rengar's objective control is phenomenal. Hee can easily gank a lane, get some kills or force them to back off, and then take the objective.
His first ability will be maxed out at level 9. This will give him a massive damage boost and allow him to blow up single targets with ease.
Rengar is quite decent in a team fight, especially if he manages to use a brush frequently. His burst damage will allow him to get rid of enemies quickly.
Multiple points in his Ultimate R will allow him to use the ability quite frequently. This means that he can both zone off enemies or secure picks when required.
Rengar can be really good during the late game if he picks his fight well. He can't blatantly go into the enemy backline and expect to survive without his team following up.
Level 16 is a massive power spike, which means that he can completely decimate enemies who are singled out. He will need to frequently find flanks on the enemy to ensure that he can take over the game and win quickly.
Most of his abilities will be maxed out by now. His overall damage and sustain will be really high, and the enemy will have difficulty getting rid of him.
