His E, when combined with his Q attack speed increase is a force to be reckoned with. He can get multiple early kills with this combo (and a decent Support if he is ADC). When in the Jungle, the Red Buff can amplify the effects of this combo.
His Ultimate R and his Passive allows him to shred through the enemy team with ease when they happen to be grouped together. This gives him a very strong advantage in choke points.
He can use his Q to scout around and set vision for his team as well. Besides that, his W allows for some crowd control set-up for his team which they can follow up on.
Extremely squishy and can be easily killed if he is CC’d. His positioning matters in team fights as well, otherwise, he can get flanked by enemy assassins and get instantly deleted.
Without his Ultimate R or Q, his ability to dominate a team fight drastically decreases. Fighting him during this stage will give the enemy team a much greater chance of winning.
Practically gets countered by a Control Ward as it forces him to reroute. This is because of the short-ranged nature of his auto-attacks, which makes him get detected quite easily.

Play safe for the first few levels. You need time to come online and you shouldn’t be fighting unless you have a clear early advantage.
After destroying the bottom lane tower, rotate to the mid lane and try to take that tower. This will open up the map and give your team a gold lead.
Once you have a few levels under your belt, you can start to play aggressive and look for aggressive plays. You benefit from extended trades, so try to go for them frequently.

Try and stick with your Support throughout the mid-game. You’re quite vulnerable and easy to kill if you’re on your own. By staying with your Support, your survivability will increase.
Continue picking up farm in the side lanes when no team fights are occurring, but spend as little time away from your team. You need gold and XP to buy items and if you fall behind, it will be unlikely that you’ll be able to dish out damage in fights.
Look for picks with your Support/Jungler to get kills and increase your lead. If you kill a key target, you could make the call for Baron.
Just like in the mid-game, you should stick with your Support throughout the later parts of the game. Do not go around the map alone as you will die easily.
Do not play super aggressive in team fights. Just kite and auto-attack the nearest enemy champion. If you walk too far forward, the enemy will focus you and take you down.
Continue to kite in team fights and consistently adapt your positioning. Avoid standing still in fights as you’ll be an easy target.
Twitch excels in extended trades where he can get his Passive stacked up on his enemies. His W slow should help him immensely with this.
Once Twitch gets his Q, he should be able to do a lot more in the lane. He can set up traps, and he can also use it in combination with his E to chunk his enemies.
On getting his Ultimate R, Twitch becomes a force to reckon with. He can do a lot of AoE damage and tear through enemy lines if he is allowed to auto-attack consistently.
On getting his core items, Twitch can do a lot of damage in a short time. The true damage aspect of his Passive makes him very powerful from here onwards.
Twitch will excel in team fights around tight areas. He should be able to kite regularly while doing so else he can easily be all-in'd.
Getting level eleven is going to be a massive power spike for him. His ability to team fight will skyrocket now, and he will shred through tanks and squishies alike.
Twitch spikes harder, depending on his items. Once he is full build, he will need to protect himself to keep dishing out damage.
A defensive item like a QSS should help him massively. This is because Twitch is relatively immobile and can easily be all-in'd.
Twitch's Ultimate R should help immensely during this phase of the game. The true damage will be vital during team fights, and he will destroy his enemies if he can auto-attack.
