Really heavy burst damage which can practically one-shot carries or at least take them out of the fight for quite a while.
Her R, E combo can CC an entire enemy team if they are grouped up. This can also be used to pick off high priority targets.
Her E is a multipotent ability which can keep her safe even when she pushes up. With proper warding and that ability, she is quite safe in the lane.
Very immobile and can be collapsed on easily with multi-layered CC. Once CC’d she is probably going to die with proper follow up.
Without her E, she is quite vulnerable and a susceptible gank target. This is especially true when the enemy has some form of ranged CC.
Positioning is quite necessary for this champion else she can easily be caught out and killed due to how immobile and burst reliant she is.

Your goal throughout the laning phase is to poke and harass the enemy in lane. You have a lot of poke, so try to poke the enemy down as often as you can.
Play safe for the first few levels while you land poke on the enemy with your Q. Once they’re low enough, you can commit to an all-in.
Once you’ve hit level 6 and purchased key component items, look to harass and constantly push the enemy into their tower. This will allow you to earn turret plating and increase your gold income.
15 - 25 min
If your allies move to your lane after destroying their tower, rotate and move around the map to continue farming and gaining XP and gold.
Use your abilities to clear the minion waves quickly so your team can siege/ prevent a siege from the enemy team. If you can land poke while also pushing the minion wave, you could look for a favourable trade.
While sieging Baron or Dragon, or whenever you’re pushing the enemy under their tower, look for a pick with your abilities. If you can catch someone out of position or blow them up, you’ll be able to take the objective for free.
Stick with your team in the late game. Do not split up or walk away from them otherwise the enemy may try to pick you off or initiate a 4v5 fight when you’re away from your team.
Look for picks with your abilities. Picking someone off and then collapsing on them to take them down is a great way of winning a team fight and ending the game. Look for picks on isolated targets if possible.
Keep a constant eye on you and your allies positioning. You need to poke the enemy down and delay fights in the late game, but you need to watch your positioning as you move forward to harass. Do not get picked off by trying to harass and poke the enemy down.
Her Q is a potent ability in the lane, which keeps becoming more potent as more points are put into it.
Syndra's W is an essential ability in her kit, which allows her to deal a significant amount of damage to enemies who have been CC'd by her allies or her. It is also an excellent farming ability.
Getting her Ultimate R will allow Syndra to kill any squishy target on who she manages to land her combo.
Maxing out her Q will not only increase the power of her Q, but it will also increase the damage of her Ultimate R due to the extra spheres she can use.
Her Ultimate R into E combo is a devastating combo for the enemy team if they are fighting in tight areas. She should always try to set up kills for her team with this combo.
Getting more items will help her immensely. This is because her damage scales directly with the amount of AP she has.
During this phase of the game, Syndra should utilize the true damage aspect of her maxed out Q to the fullest. It helps a lot as many enemies will now have a lot of resistance.
She should always try to blow up the squishy carry of the team when she can. This will allow her team to deal with the rest of the enemy team.
Syndra should use the fog of war to land her Q E combo on unsuspecting enemies. If she manages to CC someone, she can unload her entire combo on her immediately.
