Neeko Strengths & Weaknesses
Strengths

Extremely useful in team fights due to her Ultimate Pop BlossomR CC and damage. This allows her team to play around her and her Jungler to gank her.

She has tons of poke in lane and can easily bully the enemy down with her Blooming BurstQ and Tangle-BarbsE.

Her Ultimate Pop BlossomR is incredibly powerful for a Support. She can easily get surprise kills post 6 if she lands her Tangle-BarbsE on the enemy target.

Weaknesses

During the laning phase, it’s really easy for you to steal your ADC’s farm by mistake.

Very squishy and can easily get blown up by the enemy once she is locked down.

Can’t be very effective if the enemy sets proper vision around and can notice Neeko changing forms or hiding in a brush to land her Tangle-BarbsE.

Game plan
Early game
0 - 15 min
Neeko is Average

Neeko is pretty weak early on, especially if the enemy can see her casting her abilities. You will want to constantly use the lane brushes and get your Blooming BurstQ and Tangle-BarbsE off the enemy from within them.

When trying to poke enemies, make sure that you don't push the wave in accidentally. This is highly important when dealing with enemies who are tanks and rely on you being pushed up in the lane.

Always try to land your Tangle-BarbsE through enemy minions to increase the power of the ability. You will need to calculate it, though, as a mistimed Tangle-BarbsE can not only miss but also put your entire wave in the wrong place.

Mid game
15 - 25 min
Neeko is Strong

Mid-game is a decent time to roam around and get picks all around the map. Your ShapesplitterW and Passive should let you get easy choices on enemies who are too pushed up in the lane.

Your Ultimate Pop BlossomR will be pivotal to team fights. Just make sure that you use your Passive to hide yourself and your Ultimate Pop BlossomR windup time.

Picking enemies off will be the name of the game during this phase. Work with your Jungler and see if you can blow up some wandering Jungler or Support from the enemy team.

Late game
25+ min
Neeko is Average

Do not fight in the late game unless your Ultimate Pop BlossomR is up. It is crucial that you only commit or look for fights when available, as you will miss out on extra damage and CC.

Your Ultimate Pop BlossomR will be on a shorter cooldown in the later stages of the game. If you can find an opportunity to do so, use it to catch out someone isolated and alone, too far forward or way out of position.

Peel for your carries to keep them alive for longer. Your Tangle-BarbsE and Blooming BurstQ will help you a lot with zoning enemies off. If your allies die quickly, there will be little chance that you will win the team fight.

Power Spikes
Early game0 - 15 min

Level six is a significant spike for Neeko as she gains access to her power Ultimate Pop BlossomR. Team fighting will become really easy now.

The first component will allow her to spam abilities and not run out of mana. It will also let her deal a lot of damage in the lane.

Once the warding quest is done, Neeko can start setting up a vision around the map. Her ShapesplitterW will make it quite challenging for the enemy to ambush her.

Mid game15 - 25 min

Neeko is really good in team fights due to her Tangle-BarbsE and Ultimate Pop BlossomR. She just needs to make sure that she can get to the enemy team in her Ultimate Pop BlossomR channel time.

Another point in her Ultimate Pop BlossomR will allow her to deal massive amounts of damage with her Ultimate Pop BlossomR. The cooldown will be reduced as well.

She will have her core items now, allowing her to deal a lot of damage while peeling for her teammates. This will help her team during fights, especially choke point fights.

Late game25+ min

A maxed-out Ultimate Pop BlossomR will let Neeko use the ability quite frequently. All she needs to do is find a flank on the enemy team.

Her late-game team fighting is really potent. She can disrupt an entire team with a well-placed Pop BlossomR or Ultimate Pop BlossomR.

Her damage during the late game is absolutely massive. One Tangle-BarbsE > Blooming BurstQ combo is enough to half-health any squishy target.
