Camille Strengths & Weaknesses
Strengths

Camille has good outplay potential with her HookshotE and Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR. She can often outplay the enemy and turn around or escape exchanges with ease.

She is a challenging champion that is quite fun and rewarding. Players who put a lot of effort into learning her will reap the rewards of a veteran Camille player.

Her Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR is a good tool that can result in a kill every time. If she is unable to kill the enemy laner, she can roam to another lane and use it there instead.

Weaknesses

Camille is a mechanically difficult champion. She takes lots of practice to master and she has a sharp learning curve. You need to play her a lot to make use of her kit.

While Camille is incredibly mobile thanks to her HookshotE, whenever it’s on cooldown, she is very vulnerable and easy to take down. Before going in, make sure you check your surroundings as you have no escape when your HookshotE is down.

As she is mechanically difficult, it’s really easy to go wrong on her. If you make a mistake, the enemy can easily capitalise on it and gain a lead. Once Camille is behind, it will be difficult for her to get back into the game.

Game plan
Early game
0 - 15 min
Camille is Strong

In the first few levels, play safe and avoid trading. Camille’s very early game damage is rather weak, so you’ll probably lose a trade vs an aggressive laner.

Once you’re level 4, you can look to fight and punish the enemy. Play around the enemies abilities to make trading easier.

Try your hardest to get kills with your Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR. You can do this by requesting ganks or looking to roam and help the Mid laner. Just make sure you push the wave before leaving lane.

Mid game
15 - 25 min
Camille is Average

When no team fights are occurring, go in a side lane and look to split push. You’re strong in a 1v1 and should be able to fight anyone who tries to stop you.

Whenever you’re split pushing, watch what your team is doing and be prepared to move from the side lane to help your team. Flank the enemy with your HookshotE to get on to key targets.

Look for picks in the mid-game with your HookshotE or Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR. Catching someone out when your team is nearby can easily result in a kill and possibly an objective after it.

Late game
25+ min
Camille is Average

Stay with your team in the late game. Avoid running too far away with them as the enemy may force a fight and win the game if you’re nowhere nearby.

In late game team fights, try to peel for your carries if they’re fed so you can protect them and keep them alive. If you’re ahead, look to take down the enemy Mid laner or ADC.

Flank in team fights to make it easier for you to get on key targets with your Tactical SweepW. Make sure you continue to flank otherwise you’ll get poked down and forced to retreat.

Power Spikes
Early game0 - 15 min

Camille can’t really start trading too well until level 4. Once has unlocks all of her abilities and has multiple points in her Precision ProtocolQ, she can start to trade.

Camille’s next power spike in lane is when she unlocks her Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR. It offers her a lot of kill pressure and is good for setting up her Jungler. If you can’t make use of it in your own lane, you could roam with it to help your allies.

Once Camille has completed her first component item, her ability to trade with the enemy will intensify. Don’t be afraid to look for more fights after your pick up your first item.

Mid game15 - 25 min

A good Camille will be able to play around her Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR consistently. Once you have a second point in it, you should be able to get more kills with it. Make sure you constantly look for plays whenever your Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR is up.

At level 9, you will max out your Precision ProtocolQ. At this stage of the game, your 1v1 potential is incredibly high. Don’t be afraid to look for 1v1 fights.

You will have multiple items completed in the mid-game. After your first item, you will be a lot stronger, and when you have 2, you will be a fierce opponent.

Late game25+ min

In the late game, Camille is good at picking off champions with her Ultimate The Hextech UltimatumR. It should be on a low cooldown and if you’re able to Ult The Hextech UltimatumR the right champion (like a carry), you could win the game.

While you have good pick potential, the enemy will start building defensive stats which will make it harder for you to kill the carries on your own. Keep this in mind when diving in with your HookshotE.

Although you will find it harder to kill carries on your own, you will be quite tanky and deal a lot of damage thanks to the items you buy. Don’t be afraid to jump in and soak up damage if you need to.
