All shoulder charge abilities (Seismic Strike, Hammer Strike, or Shield Bash) deal bonus damage when activated in the air. Damaging mini-bosses, Tormentors, or Champions with your shoulder charge refunds your melee.
The Hammer Strike Build takes advantage of the recently buffed Peregrine Greaves. With Season of the Wish they received a huge damage buff and along with that, when you damage a mini-bosses, Tormentors, or Champions with your shoulder charge it refunds your melee ability. This means you don’t even have to kill our target, but it will most likely die just because of the crazy damage shoulder charge does anyways!
There are 2 main components to this build. The Exotic Boots and the 2 Aspects used. Roaring flames gives you your Big boy damage boost that lasts for 20 seconds and can stack up to 3 times! This damage along with the Exotic allows you to 1 Hit Kill. Next, take Sol Invictus because this increases Survivability with Restoration. If you can’t survive then no reason to go flying in like a crazy person!
- Throw your Grenade to get kills and Stack Roaring Flames X3
- Use your melee Hammer strike on High health targets
- With Peregrine Greaves and being in the air a short time you do insane damage!
- Get our melee back for free as long as you damage high health targets!
- Mods are for getting grenade back so it's always available to get Roaring Flames Stacks up!
