Aim for the left shoulder of the statue. No need to be at a specific spot. You can hit it if you can see the shoulder.

Line up the right side of the entrance with the edge of the roof. Aim just left of the wall and align the first diamond on the HUD so that it touches the ornamentation abowe Shops entrance. Full power no bounce.
