This comp focuses on Brand as the main carry and builds around the Debonair and Syndicate trait. There are a lot of options that you can add in at level 8 like two more Debonair units or strong late game units like Enchanters or Socialite, etc.
Go for this comp if you find VIP Brand and have good items for him.
Stage 2
Before Krugs
Don't level up early to save up gold.
Once you have 50 gold, begin slow rolling for Brand and other units like Syndra, Zyra, etc.
Stage 3
Before Wolves
You should look to hit level 6 once you have hit at least 3 star Brand. If you don't have Brand 3 by 4-1, you need to roll down to find him and hit level 6.
Stage 4
Before Raptors
After hitting level 6, you can save up for level 7 (If you are below 50 gold), or you can aggressively hit level 7 once you have enough gold.
Continue saving up for level 8 in order to add in more units, or roll for upgrades.
You can either build around strong units like Debonairs and Syndicates early, or you can use Brand alongside Yordles to gain extra gold.
By this point, you should have most of your team together already. If you don't have Ahri and Braum yet, simply use lower cost units that fulfill a similar role.
If you have things like Debonair Heart or Debonair Emblem, you may be able to reach 5 Debonair easily. You can itemize Brand with Jeweled Gauntlet and Infinity Edge over Rabadon's and Hextech Gunblade if you have a lot of extra ability power through things like Chalice of Power, Battlemage, Debonair, etc.
