General info
This comp is all about burning down enemy team comps by focusing on the Ragewing Dragon - Shyvana. Since she's a 10-cost Dragon you have to have a strong early and midgame with the help of other Ragewing carries like Xayah as well as Shapeshifters to stall the fight.
When to make
Fast 8
You can move into this comp if you have a strong opener that can get you on a win streak ideally. Since Shyvana is pretty flexible in her itemization, you only need to make sure you're playing your strongest board until you reach the late game to find your red Dragon.

Dragonmancer with Jade are a very easy way to start the game as well as an easy transition later on. Karma can hold items for Shyvana, Sett can hold any items for Xayah and you can use Taric as a great early tank.

You can continue to play around Jade and Dragonmancer and now can also add in Ragewing since there are enough low cost Ragewing units in the game.
Additional comp tips
Reaching the late game with enough HP and gold will help you a ton when you want to play this comp. Therefore always level up on the level-intervals and always try to build good standalone items instead of specific carry items.
