This is another 10-cost Dragon comp - but this time with the Astral Dragon Aurelion Sol in the focus! Aurelion isn't as strong as his Thunder Brother but since both Dragons need the help of Mages and Bruiser in the front you can always run this comp if you see any of the two!

When to make

Fast 8

If you can go for a strong win streak board from the get go! Lots of BF Swords and rod or even tear components will make it so much easier to win the lobby by having the perfect itemization on your Dragon carry.

This comp looks to level up to 8 aggressively with a strong economy.

The best starter for any high cost Dragon comp is by running a strong board at all times of the game! The low cost mage trio and Tristana is a good example for this, as you will also summon Nomsy with Trainer. A copy of Lulu however is always better than Tristana.

Mid Game Plan

At this point you are able to get to 5 Mages while still having Nomsy frontline. We swap Tristana out for Lulu providing a bit more support here too. Sylas is a great frontline tank to hold your items and Ryze can hold all your damage items.

Additional comp tips

You can extend this further into 5 mages with a Mage Spat quite easily. Place the Mage Emblem on your main carry Aurelion Sol to make him double cast and watch him turn the enemy arena into a giant black hole. Play Ryze or Sona as a mid game carry until you find a copy of Aurelion Sol. If you find a copy of Ao Shin - just play the Tempest Dragon instead.
