The Battlecast fantasy is real. This Hyper/Slow Roll comp looks to take advantage of a strong early start to transition into 6 Battlecast.
When you start the game with a lot of Nocturnes and good items for Kog'Maw Alternatively, if you notice no other players are picking your units, you can also try to slow roll this comp at level 5.
As this is usually a slow roll comp, you will want to make as much gold as possible without rolling or leveling at all during this stage.
At Round 1 start rolling any gold above 50 you have. You can try to 3 star all the low cost units, but prioritize Kog'Maw.
At Round 2 you will be close to hitting level 6. Feel free to go to level 6 if you already have a few 3 stars.
If not, you can roll down to 8 gold as a last effort to hit 3 stars, but use that last 8 gold to hit level 6.
Afterward, try to hit level 7 and 8 any way you can to complete your team.
Nocturne and Kog'Maw will be the most important units to 3 star, and you should try to at least get one more 3 star unit whether it's Illaoi, Graves, or Malphite.
If you don't find Malphite 3, you can replace him with Gnar later in the game.
If you find lots of copies of Nocturne before Krugs, you can opt to hyper roll at 3-1 instead of slow rolling to try and win streak. Slow Rolling will be more consistent, but it is an option.
