Generates Experience points per second, every 5 seconds. He can use those points to level an allied champion when he has enough experience. Doing so will grant him experience points equal to the amount granted to the ally.
Throws a time bomb at a target location that detonates after 3 seconds. If it hits an enemy, it will stick to them and the detonation will deal magic damage. This bomb detonates immediately if the target it is stuck to dies, or if another bomb attaches itself to the same unit. The second case will stun all the nearby enemies.
Reduces his Q and E cooldowns by 10 seconds each.
Slows enemies for 2.5 seconds or grants allies or himself bonus movement speed for the same duration.
Places a protective timer on the target ally champion or himself, lasting for 5 seconds.
If the target dies during that time, they are put in stasis for 3 seconds and then resurrected, regaining a set amount of health.
If you can’t hit your Bombs Q, slow the enemy first with your E and then follow it up with a Q W Q.

Before using your Passive to level someone up, make sure you’re in a safe position to do it. Standing out of range and behind minions are good, safe locations during the laning phase.
