Trundle·Support Counters

Look out for Trundle’s early game pressure. He can easily kill you at level 2 with his Pillar E. Don’t walk too far forward.

Investing in healing reduction will make dealing with Trundle’s sustain a lot easier in this matchup.

Stand in the middle of the lane rather at the sides of the lane. If you stand around the edges near the wall, you are allowing him to set up his Jungler with a quick and easy Pillar E.

When Trundle activates his R, back away immediately. He will become much tankier and your tanks will be weak. Re-engage when his Subjugate Subjugate R has cooled off.

He has great pick potential in the mid game with his E. Avoid standing too far forward as he may push you towards his team and then all-in you.

Poke is your best friend against Trundle. Getting him really low makes it near impossible for him to all-in or fight your team.

Trundle is strong in the very early game in the Support role. Expect him to go for early plays to get ahead.

At level 6, Trundle will be a lot stronger thanks to his Ultimate R. It will buff him up and make him much harder to handle.

Once he has purchased boots, Trundle’s roaming potential and overall map pressure increase. He may look for plays around the map to get his team ahead.
