Do not transform into another champion if you’re spotted by the enemy. It sounds simple, but you’d be surprised how many people change forms when it’s obviously Neeko.

Use the speed boost from your Shapesplitter W to flank in team fights to get a good Ultimate Pop Blossom R off.

Try to aim your Tangle-Barbs E so it goes through as many enemy minions as possible. The more minions it goes through, the longer the root duration will be if it hits an enemy champion.
