Lee Sin·Mid Counters

Lee Sin is an aggressive early champion. Expect him to go for aggressive plays to get an early lead.

Watch your positioning at all times in this matchup. If you can stand behind minions, it will be really hard for him to land his Q on you.

Keeping the wave closer to your side of the map early on will make it very hard for Lee Sin to play aggressive and kill you in the matchup. Keeping the wave here will also prevent him from zoning you away from farm and XP

Lee Sin may try to kick R somebody like the ADC into his teammates. Group close together to make it harder for him to kick a carry into the arms of his team.

As Lee Sin needs to get onto someone in order to kick them towards his team, locking him down with CC as soon as he engages is ideal as he is rather squishy and will be unable to escape if he’s CC chained.

Lee Sin is really good at taking down or picking off isolated targets. Make sure you group closer to your team to make it harder for him to take anyone down whose alone.

Once Lee Sin hits level 6, his kill pressure intensifies and he will be a lot scarier to play against. Expect him to go for aggressive plays.

When Lee Sin has completed his first component item, his damage output will increase dramatically. Watch your positioning so he cannot easily take you down.
