Skirmish as much as you can with the enemy laner. This will allow you to get your transformation much quicker- even if it’s not the transformation you want.
You’ll want to transform into Blue Kayn if the enemy has lots of squishy champions. If they have lots of tanky champs, opt for Red Kayn.
Try to avoid using your E often in lane. It costs a lot of mana and has a long cooldown. If you run out of mana or get caught while it’s on cooldown- you’re going to be an easy target for the enemy Jungler.
