Import this build directly into your game client:
On dying, Karthus remains active for 7 seconds but is unable to move, auto-attack, cast summoner spells, or use active items. He also becomes untargetable and invulnerable for the duration as well and can use abilities at no cost. His E will be toggled on for the entire duration.
Creates a blast at a target location that detonates after a brief delay and deals magic damage to all enemies within. The damage is doubled against single targets.
Creates a passable wall at the target location and grants vision around its pillars. Any enemy who passes through the wall is slowed and loses magic resistance for the same duration.
Passive: Restores mana whenever he kills an enemy.
Toggle: Deals magic damage every 0.25 seconds to all nearby enemies.
Channels for 3 seconds and deals magic damage to all targetable enemy champions upon its completion.
Farm with Q in the early game to make it easier for your to pick up CS.
Deactivate your Defile E once the skirmish has finished as it will eat through your mana bar.
Keep an eye on the minimap at all times and use your R to pick up kills on low health
