Reduces Mantra's Cooldowns by a few seconds every time she damages an enemy champion with an ability. The time is reduced by a meager amount if she uses her auto-attacks.
Fires a burst of spiritual energy in the target direction, blowing up on the first enemy hit and dealing magic damage whole slowing all enemies around the target by 35% for 1.5 seconds.
Mantra: Detonates indefinitely on reaching maximum range, dealing bonus magic damage in an increased area. A field is left at the location of the detonation for 1.5 seconds, slowing enemies by 50%, after which it explodes and deals magic damage to all enemies inside.
Tether's to a single champion or monster and deals magic damage on the initial cast. If the tether lasts for 2 seconds, thee target takes the same amount of magic damage again and is rooted for a duration.
Mantra: Karma heals for both instances of the tether as well.
Shield a target allied champion or herself for 2.5 seconds and grants movement speed to the target for 1.5 seconds.
Mantra: Target receives a bonus shield and the effects are extended to allied champions near it, except they only gain 30% of the shield amount.

In team fights, use your empowered E rather than your empowered Q as the shield is more valuable in a team fight.
Try and poke the enemy down as much as possible with your Q in the early game. Use your level 1 ability advantage to get a lot of damage down early.
When playing against hard engage level 1 champions like Nautilus, Thresh, Alistar, Blitzcrank do not start Q. Starting E is a better- safer option.
