Jarvan's Auto-Attacks against nonstructural units deal 8% of the target's current health as physical damage. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every few seconds.
Jarvan IV extends his lance in the target direction and deals physical damage to all enemies. It will also reduce their armor for 3 seconds.
If the lance connects with an E, Jarvan IV dashes to its location, knocking up nearby enemies along his path for 0.75 seconds.
Active: Jarvan IV slows all enemies nearby for 2 seconds while shielding himself for 5 seconds. This shield increases based on his maximum health and the number of champions hit by his W Active.
Passive: Jarvan IV gains bonus attack speed.
Active: Throws a flag to the target location, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies. The flag remains for 8 seconds, granting sight of its surrounding and providing Demacian Standard's bonus attack speed to all allies and Jarvan IV when they are near the flag.
Leaps unstoppably to an enemy champion and deals physical damage to them and all nearby enemies upon arrival. On impact, he creates a circle of impassable terrain that pulls units inside it. The terrain lasts for 3.5 seconds and grants sight of the inside and surrounding area. On recasting, Jarvan will destory the terrain created by his Ultimate.
Jarvan is an early game dominant Jungler. Look to gank as frequently as possible to get yourself and your laners ahead. You can gank at level 2 once you’ve unlocked your Q and
E if the enemy laners are weak and your laner has a strong level 1.
Use alternative ganking routes to gank your allies. You can utilise the Blast Cone to dodge commonly placed wards or the Scuttle Crab.
Jarvan has incredibly strong Dragon and Rift Herald taking potential. Try to take them whenever they’re up to get a lead. To do so, get priority in a nearby lane and then take the objective, but make sure it’s not warded.
