Fizz is permanently Ghosted and takes reduced pre-mitigation damage.
Dashes a fixed distance towards the target enemy, dealing magic damage to them along with 100% AD damage.
Passive: Fizz's auto-attacks cause them to take magic damage every 0.5 seconds for 3 seconds which refreshes on-hit.
Active: Fizz next Auto-attack deals bonus magic damage and gains bonus range. If this ability kills its target, its Cooldown is reduced to 1 second and the mana cost is refunded.
Fizz becomes untargetable and vaults to a target location. He can re-cast it after a 0.15-second delay. On re-cast, Fizz will dash towards the target location and deal magic damage to nearby enemies. If Fizz does not re-cast the spell, he will splash onto the ground below and deal magic damage whiles slowing enemies for 2 seconds.
Fizz throws a lure to a target location. If this lure hits an enemy Champion, it sticks to them and after 2 seconds, a shark emerges at the position of the lure, dealing magic damage and knocking aside surrounding enemies. It also slows them for 2 seconds. The damage, slow, eruption radius and knockback distance are increases based on how far the lure travels.
Try and go for extended trades as frequently as possible. Focus on using your Q and W to trade with while holding on to your E to escape with.
Spend your mid-game split pushing and duelling enemies who try to stop you. If you need to group, flank from the side with your Ultimate R.
If you can't pick up kills in the mid lane, look to roam with your Ultimate R.
