Cassiopeia can't buy boots and will instead gain 4-72 base Movement Speed as she levels up.

Noxious Blast

CassiopeiaQ
Q

Cassiopeia blasts the target area with Noxious Poison after a brief delay, dealing magic damage every second for 3 seconds to all enemies hit. If the Q hits an enemy Champion, Cassiopeia will get bonus Movement Speed.

Miasma

CassiopeiaW
W

Cassiopeia spits venom in an arc in front of her, leaving toxic clouds of Debilitating Poison where they hit the ground for 5 seconds. Debilitating Poison deals magic damage to enemies standing upon it every second and will also ground the enemies.

Twin Fang

CassiopeiaE
E

Cassiopeia launches her fangs at the target enemy, dealing magic damage and refunding mana if the ability kills a target. If the target is poisoned, this ability will deal bonus damage and will heal Cassiopeia. This heal is drastically reduced if the target is not a champion.

Petrifying Gaze

CassiopeiaR
R

Cassiopeia blasts the enemies in a cone in a specific direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit. Enemies facing Cassiopeia will be CC'd for 2 seconds and all other enemies will be slowed by 40% for 2 seconds.

Placing your W on the enemy will allow you to deal extra damage with you E's. Be careful though as this combo uses a lot of mana if you use more E's.

Quick tips to play Cassiopeia

In the early game, always keep an eye on your mana pool when trading as it goes quicker than you expect when trading with the enemy.
Only commit to a trade with the enemy when you’ve successfully landed a Noxious BlastQ. You can follow the initial Noxious BlastQ with multiple Twin FangE’s afterwards for a favourable trade.
Cassiopeia has strong all-in potential at level 2 with her Noxious BlastQ and Twin FangE spam. If you’re in a strong matchup and against a squishy champion, you should try to get an early lead once you get the level up.
