Build Notes
- Save your Flame Shield for defense as usual
- Teleport in to group up enemies and stun
- Frost Nova is for vulnerable and freeze
- Use Lightning Spear on CD
- Use Ultimate for extra damage and CD when needed
- Cast Chain Lightning on everything till they die.
This is my 1.1.1 version of Chain Lightning and which adds my new found love of Frozen Orb as an enchantment and takes advantage of the new seasonal hearts and buffs that we got. We have endless mana to spam Chain Lightning and we are able to stun all our enemies because of Lightning Spear and Shared Misery Aspect
