Due to the Honed Edge perk, Izanagi’s Burden is a top burst damage option. When used, pair with a high DPS Heavy Weapon, shoot the single Honed Edge shot from Izanagi’s Burden, and then utilize the paired Heavy Weapon until the end of a damage phase or reload cancel Izanagi’s Burden and weapon swap. The high burst damage is also a great way to deal with champions, as multiple guardians with this weapon can kill a single champion before it uses a Barrier and/or heals.
