Targets defeated with Sunshot explode in Solar energy, scorching other nearby targets.

This weapon fires explosive rounds and highlights targets that take damage from Sunshot.

The 150 RPM hand cannon archetype was rid of, but Sunshot remained at 150 RPM. In PvE this weapon is great for chaining explosions to clear groups of enemies as well as applies scorch as it essentially has souped up Incandescent and Explosive Payload built into it by default. Be sure to use this with Ember of Singeing and Ember of Ashes to enhance and take advantage of the Scorch stacks it applies.

In PvP it has a slighlty faster time to kill than its 140 RPM counterparts. Sunshot in its base form is lacking range and requires the catalyst which increases range by 30 and stability by 20 to be competitive with other options.
