Other than breaking the game, Telesto's main role is for area denial. Its projectiles stick to surfaces and will explode once an enemy moves near them. This lets you block of areas in both PvE and PvP so enemies can't rush you. This is best to do in small doorways and cooridors where enemeis cannot get around or over the projectiles.
