Attacking enemy units with his abilities will give him a stack of Rising Spell Force. Each stack will grant him 10% bonus attack speed and this effect will stack up to 5 times.

Ezreal fires a projectile in a target direction, dealing physical damage to the first enemy unit hit. It also applies on-hit and on-attack effects, and can heal off the amount of life steal Ezreal has. Hitting an enemy will reduce his abilities' cooldowns by 1.5 seconds.

Ezreal fires an orb-like projectile that will latch onto an enemy, epic monster, or structure for 4 seconds. Hitting an enemy with his W latched on them will allow him to deal Magic Damage to the target. It will also refund the mana cost of that ability (the ability used to detonate the W) and will restore 60 mana.

Ezreal blinks to the target location and fires a homing blot of energy to the nearest target. This deals magic damage and reveals them briefly. It prioritizes targets marked by his W.

Ezreal fires a Projectile in the target direction which deals damage to enemies it passes through. It will also reveal the area that it flies through.
