Power Spike (Early, Mid, Late)
Resonance: Ekko's Auto-Attacks and damaging abilities apply a stack of Resonance for 4 seconds. At 3 stacks, Resonance is consumed to deal bonus magic damage, and this damage is increased against monsters.
Stolen Time: Triggering Resonance against a champion will gran bonus Movement Speed for a duration.
Ekko throws a projectile in the direction of his choice, dealing magic damage to enemies along its path. This projectile will return to Ekko with a higher speed after it reaches the maximum range. It will deal magic damage in both instances to all units in its path.
Passive: Ekko's auto-attacks deal bonus magic damage based on the target's missing health to enemies who are below 30% of their maximum health.
Active: Ekko's afterimage bats a device to the target location, which travels over 3 seconds and expands once it hits the ground. Enemies in the impact radius of this device will be slowed by 40% and will be visible to the enemy in the last 1 second only. If Ekko enters the expansion within the next 1.5 seconds after it lands, he gains a shield for 2 seconds and stuns any enemy within it for 2.25 seconds.
Ekko dashes in the direction of his choice and causes his next auto-attack (within the next 3 seconds) to have bonus range. He will also blink to the target if he is within 125 range of them and will deal bonus magic damage to the same target.
Passive: On unlocking his Ultimate, or when its Cooldown is lower than 4 seconds, Ekko gains a time-delayed afterimage of himself which tracks where he was 4 seconds ago.
Active: Ekko enters stasis and becomes immune to displacements as soon as he casts his Ultimate. He then heals himself and teleports back to his afterimage, dealing magic damage to surrounding enemies on arrival.
