Best runes for the selected Rammus build:
Rammus's auto atacks deal bonus damage based on the amount of armor, increasing while his W is active.
Rammus rolls up and gains more movement speed over the duration. When he collides with an enemy it knocks them back, slows, and deals damage.
Ramus curls up and gains armor and MR. When enemies basic attack him they take damage and when he basic attacks them he deals bonus damage.
Rammus taunts a target enemy and gains attack speed.
Rammus causes an earthquake around him that slows and deals damage to enemies. It also does double damage to structures.
This requires you to be 300 units or closer to the target and capitalizes on slows and Frenzying Taunt's bonus attack speed refreshment. Remember to move after each AA.
Easy and devastating. Just remember using your W last to refresh Frenzying Taunt's bonus attack speed.
