Best runes for the selected Janna build:
Janna gains bonus movespeed to herself and allied champions moving towards her. Her basic attacks and Zephyr deal on-it magic damage based on her bonus movement speed.
Janna summons a whirlwind at a location which she can charge for 3 seconds. She can choose to reactivate it to send it in a direction earlier, knocking up allies in her path.
While Zephyr is off cooldown, Janna is ghosted and has bonus movement speed. If Janna activates Zephyr, it flies to a target and slows them.
Janna shields herself or an allied champion, granting the target bonus attack damage. Abilities that slow or knock an enemy champion airborne will reduce its cooldown.
Janna channels for 3 seconds, knocking back enemy units arround her and stunning them for 0.5 seconds. While channeling, she also heals allies around her. Moving ends the ability.
Channel your Q behind you then walk forward with your W. Then reactive your Q while you're close to the enemy. The best place to do this combo is from fog of war or inside a unwarded bush.
Use your W on the enemy target and then use the shield on yourself to protect you while you over extend to poke. If possible, follow up with basic attacks for more damage.
