Fiora is a great split pusher and one of the best duelists in the game. If you can't match her in a side lane, try your best to force an uneven teamfight on the other side of the map. Be mindful to clear the wave as best you can before doing so as Fiora might just wind up taking your entire base.
Fiora relies heavily on lifesteal. Buy a grievous wounds item early to neuter a huge part of what makes her such a good duelist.
Fiora is extremely good level 1. If she gets the right vital procs, she can cheese an early first blood or leave you chugging your potions at your tower.
When Fiora hits level 6 her dueling potential is fully realized. She can 1v1 almost anyone while her
Fiora's 2 item power spike with Ravenous Hydra and Trinity Force/Black Cleaver is incredibly powerful. The healing from her Passive and Hydra makes it really hard to trade with her in solo lanes.
