Warwick has a very strong early game and will often look to invade/gank at level 3. Prevent this by having wards at the jungle entrances or inside the river brushes.
has a very long CD early. Try to trade with him while it's on cooldown and after he has used it.
Warwick's base movement speed is very low. It is really hard for him to escape without Flash or his
. Try kiting him and feel free to chase him if his abilities are down.
Passive gives him increased movement speed toward low health targets, however as soon as he takes damage from an enemy champion he loses all increased movement speed for a period of time. Try kiting him while he is running towards you and keep the damage up so he doesn't gain his movement speed back.
Warwick's win condition is snowballing in the early game and maintaining that high tempo throughout the mid and late game. Mitigate this by capitalizing on the enemies mistakes and denying farm and objectives with good vision control.
Be wary of going back into your jungle without vision while low health. Warwick's
passive gives him vision of and increased movement speed toward low health targets that have been marked. He may invade your jungle to kill you if you're low enough.
Warwick's largest power spike is when he hits level 6 and he will often look to gank whenever it is up. Be ready to Flash it if he enters lane and runs at you while level 6.
Warwick is pretty useless in teamfights without his
. Try to bait him into using both and burst him down while they're both on cooldown
If Ulted by Warwick while playing a champion with a dash, leap, a blink or CC ability, wait a moment after his
charge because he will often
immediately afterwards and his
will follow you through your ability.
