Twitch counter tips

Laning Against

Twitch will often look to go into stealth

TwitchHideInShadows

when entering lane to make a quick trade or all in you. If you notice the enemy Support positioning aggressively- back off or CC Twitch when he comes out of stealth

TwitchHideInShadows

Poking Twitch is very effective as he doesn’t have much sustain before he gets his Blade of The Ruined King. Even then, if he can't farm or attack minions to sustain back up he will remain weak from poke.

Pushing Twitch under tower will put a lot of pressure on him to farm. His farming can be somewhat limiting because of his Passive dealing damage over time after hitting an enemy. This will often force him to miss CS.

Strategy VS

The use of well-placed Control Wards is essential when playing against Twitch as he loves to roam around in stealth

TwitchHideInShadows

. He loses a lot of his power if he can't surprise attack you, so, Control Wards are a must.

Twitch is squishy and lacks mobility. Jumping onto him will often secure a kill or blow his Flash- rendering him useless if he tries to play aggressive later on.

Don't clump up or stick close together in teamfights versus Twitch as his

will melt you. Spread out and look for a way to burst him down once he reveals himself.

Power Spikes

Twitch is a hyper carry and will become stronger and stronger as the game goes on. Ending the game quickly is often the wisest choice when playing against him. If the game ends up going late, you will need to make use of Control Wards and picking him off before a team fight occurs.

His first power spike is when he gets his Blade of The Ruined King. He will often look to either roam once he has this item completed or to surprise ambush you in lane with his stealth

Twitch will dominate team fights once he has Runaan's Hurricane > his

. Make sure to quickly pick him off before he can dish out damage- or back away and make him waste his
