Laning against Tryndamere can lead to devastating trades because of his Passive Battle Fury, which can turn the tide of the trade instantly if he gets a critical strike on you. Avoid fighting him when he has 100 fury at all cost.

To win against Tryndamere, you have to deny him from stacking up his Fury as much as possible. Tryndamere’s damage comes mostly from crits, so not letting him get higher crit chance will almost always win you trades. It’s a good idea to quickly turn around towards him if you think he will use his , since it will not slow you if you’re facing him.
Tryndamere will attempt to freeze the lane at the tower and run you down the lane if he notices you’ve used an escape ability. If Tryndamere freezes, it is a good idea to break the freeze by calling your Jungler to turn his all in into a 1v2. Tell your jungler to wait until he uses his before engaging.
Tryndamere will look to push the wave as fast as possible when getting Tiamat or Statikk Shiv to gain top priority. Tryndamere is weak in teamfights and can be easily kited, so he will be looking to split push whenever he can. Try to match his clearing speed and use a Control Ward in the tribush so that your Jungler can help when Tryndamere commits to a fight in an attempt to kill you or get you to recall.

When Tryndamere buys Tiamat, you will be unable to match his clear speed and will be constantly shoved in. This also means that he will be unable to freeze at his tower because of the AO effect on his auto attacks. Moreover he will have better trades due to Tiamats active ability.
