Tahm is very immobile and can be caught out of position easily with layered CC. Try to take him down before a team fight occurs like when he is warding to make the team fight easier.

The more health Tahm gets- the harder it is to kill him. This is due to his “grey health” and his overall tankiness. Switch targets once “grey health” has activated and then focus him again once his bar has depleted.
Tahm Kench is incredibly immobile during the early game until he gets Boots. Use this to your advantage by repeat ganking him and focusing him in any trades.
Tahm Kench suffers during short exchanges because he will not be able to make great use of his “grey health”. Make sure you go for short trades whenever possible.
