Lee Sin's main damage in the early game is through landing his Q. If you can dodge it, dueling him is much easier and he will lack a lot of damage during the skirmish.
Lee Sin relies on his Passive to refund his energy through auto attacking. If you are able to prevent him from getting hits on to you, he will not be able to use his abilities to escape.
Lee Sin’s ganks are very strong, but most Lee Sin's will not lead with their Q and if they do lead with it and you can dodge it- his gank is completely useless. Try to do whatever you can to dodge his Q.
Try and body block Lee Sin's Q after level 6 because if Lee Sin lands a Q on a carry he can “Insec”” your carry into his team which may cost you the team fight. If he does land the Q, lock him down and interrupt his combo.
Keep wards on objectives as Lee Sin can solo objectives very easily in the early game. If he hasn’t been spotted on the map for some time- he is probably at the Drake.
Build Ninja Tabis into Lee Sin as well as going some armor so that Lee Sin's damage can be reduced especially if he tries to one shot you with a full combo.
Lee Sin has a power spike at level 2 and 3, because this gives him mobility and slow potential making his ganks more potent. Try not to get caught out by a level 3 gank by warding your lane.
Lee Sin has a huge power spike at level 6 because he can kick the enemy to either finish them off or push them into his team. Keep track of Lee Sin’s Ultimate so you do not get caught out by it.
Lee Sin has another power spike when he completes his Black Cleaver in addition to his jungling item. If he gets the heads up on you by landing his Q, disengage immediately unless his Ultimate is on cooldown.
