Jinx will try to use the extra range from her rockets to try to get poke damage down or to push the lane. Try to counter this by pushing it back or going for trades when she is not using rockets.
As a carry, Jinx is very dependent on others to assist her in snowballing. Try your best to take advantage of Jinx when she is alone in lane.
Aside from Summoner Spells (Flash/Heal), the only safety Jinx has in lane is her Flame Chompers!
. Causing Jinx to use them will mean that you can freely play aggressivly and punish her.
The laning phase is Jinx’s worst part of the game. She is going to want to just get minions and scale so try to be aggressive without risking too much in return
Jinx doesn't have much help in the mobility department, if you or your team lands any crowd control on her, it should be a kill.
3:The later the game goes the stronger Jinx will get. Try your best to not drag the game on for too long or you’ll risk losing to her.
Once Jinx gets her core items (Infinity Edge and 2 Zeal items) she will be pumping out DPS in teamfights with her rockets. When trying to team fight, engage as soon as you spot her- do not let her auto attack for free in the backline.
If Jinx is maxing her abilities correctly, she should max her Switcheroo!
at level nine. This will give Jinx a massive attack speed boost in mini-gun or a huge auto attack range boost in rockets!
Super Mega Death Rocket
can change the tide of a teamfight. If Jinx lands it and gets a kill, she will Get Excited (her Passive) and have increased movement and attack speed to assist her in dishing out more damage! When low, back away to deny her Passive.
